I haven’t had a chance to post any new projects because I was busy teaching a class in DT Austin. I had the opportunity to teach printmaking to 30 teens in a summer program for River City Youth Foundation that was sponsored by Mexic-Arte Museum. I’ve always wanted to teach in a program like this. I have to say that the experience was very rewarding, if time and money consuming. I was really proud of all of the work created by the kids. They are all so smart and good kids. I taught them how to do image transfers, which they really enjoyed, but their favorite thing, of course, was doing the screenprinting. They also did a little stamp-carving. Just wanted to post and let everyone know that I haven’t disappeared and that I’m looking forward to getting back to my crafting. Best! Amy
