One side of crocheted bag Flip side of crocheted bag

I finally finished this bag last night. It’s my take on the granny square bag in Volume 02 of Craft: magazine. Except the squares are patterns from the book 200 Crochet Blocks, which were much bigger than the pattern from Craft called for. I ended up just making a square book bag, but I did use an old pair of jeans for the outer part of the bag and used the crocheted cord idea from the magazine. I hand-dyed some fabric to match my yarn for the interior of the bag.

BTW - I’m pretty new to crochet. This only my 3rd completed project. Although I learned to chain and single-crochet at age 7, I’m really still just learning. Thank-you Debbie Stoller!
